Dear \u00a1OYE-Fam,<\/strong><\/p>\n

due to the official ban on all major events by the German government (until at least 31 October 2020) and the still unpredictable course of the COVID-19 pandemic, the \u00a1OYE Latin Summer Festival 2020 can not be realized this year.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Furthermore, due to existing scheduling conflicts in the global concert business, a postponement<\/strong> of the \u00a1OYE festival to summer 2021 is currently only possible<\/strong> without<\/strong> headliner BAD BUNNY<\/strong>. To avoid disappointment, we have therefore<\/strong> decided to cancel the event<\/strong> and thus enable you to get your tickets refunded.<\/p>\n

The refund will be handled by our ticket partners (Ticket.io and Eventim). All ticket holders will be contacted for further information via email shortly.<\/p>\n

We have compiled the most important questions and answers regarding the cancellation in our FAQ. If you have any further questions, you can always contact us via info@oye-festival.com<\/a>. We will answer your questions as soon as possible.<\/p>\n

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the great support and the numerous ticket purchases for our first \u00a1OYE Latin Summer Festival. Especially for the many encouraging messages and comments in the course of the CORONA crisis. This is one of the reasons why we feel confident and are convinced that \u2013 when the time has come \u2013 we will be able to celebrate the first \u00a1OYE Latin Summer Festival<\/strong> at Cologne\u2018s Tanzbrunnen alltogether.<\/p>\n

Due to the COVID-19-related planning uncertainties in the global concert business, it is not yet possible to definitively determine when this will happen. Due to the still unpredictable course of the COVID-19 pandemic<\/strong> and the official ban on all major events by the German government<\/strong> until at least the end of August 2020, the \u00a1OYE Latin Summer Festival cannot be realized this year<\/strong>.<\/p>

A postponement of the festival to the summer of 2021 is only possible with capital restrictions and also an extension of the ban on major events until well into 2021 is conceivable.<\/p>

With the cancellation of the festival, we want to enable an unbureaucratic refund<\/strong> of the tickets to our costumers and create a situation, that permits a replanning of the festival \u2013 as soon as it will be possible again.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Moving the festival to next summer would only be possible with major restrictions or big changes in the festival line up. Due to existing scheduling conflicts in the global concert business, BAD BUNNY, for example, would not be able to perform at the festival next summer.<\/strong><\/p>

In order to avoid disappointment, we have decided to cancel the event and reschedule it to a later date. This way we can offer all ticket holders an unbureaucratic refund and garantuee the best possible line up for our first edition of the \u00a1OYE-Festival.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
